Dear Body

Dear body, I realize you've been through a lot the last few days- I put you through two time-zone shifts, a vacation mostly on your feet, I got you a slight cold, and this morning I gave you Sudafed, which I know you don't like. But I'd really appreciate if you could settle down and let me go to sleep soon. This jittery thing needs to stop- I've already totally cleaned my den and it's time for bed now. K? Thx. -me.
