We're vacationing in Key West for D's birthday. D's never been to Florida, I've always wanted to visit Key West, especially since they have an annual holiday commemmorating ceceeding from the U.S. in 1982.
Unfortunately, this is the month of multiple air trips; next weekend we're going to Baltimore for our friend Russ's funeral. The following weekend we're leaving for Florida.
Ya, I need to get myself in gear making presents, too. dan's mom (who I'm confident won't see this) is getting a big digital-print of a computer-generated quilt, which is based on stuff that Aylwin pointed out in chat (and which I've blogged about here). You're welcome to steal the code if you feel like making graphics yourself. :)
