Laying bricks

I note that one of your letter writers recommends placing bricks under each leg at the head of the bed as a cure for sleep apnea (A few Bricks Short Of... - Sept 9). I presume the additional advantage of this procedure is that the bed is also ideally adapted to the masonary position.
