My neck hurts. Hope it's better soon. It was bad Wednesday, then better yesterday, but I slept pretty badly last night and it's bad again today.

But last night was fun; our Perl Mongers group had our regular monthly meeting and regular going-out-for-beer. It was decided that my new job must be University Inquisitor, which I'll have to admit, is a natural assumption from my description involving robots and experiements involving spinal-compression and torsion. I wonder what I'll end up telling my folks, next week. (I'm going to see them over US Thanksgiving).

Today: finishing my office move-out, saying "Ta" to coworkers, and picking up manuals for my new job. Also, a home-hardware run. This evening, we have our neighbours Angie and Wayne over. I think I'm making spanish omlette. And now, to get my butt out the door, since it's already 10:45.

Idle curiosity - I need to be at Buffalo airport around 6:30/7:00 next Wednesday - any chance that would work for you guys as part of a 'going-home' thing? No problem if it isn't, aleriel will take me, but wondered if the timing might work to save her the drive. :)
