daSession with Physiotherepist:
- oil changed.
- don't need new filters.
- battery is fine.
Auto shop:
- tight pectoral major connection to ribs
- tight pectoral minor
- increased thoracic curve
- limited shoulder internal rotation
- stiff neck
Well then. I guess I'm doing worse than our car.
Somewhere in the first season of The Muppet Show, Kermit is talking to a dancer who offers to demonstrate her stretches on him. She goes on to fold, spindle, and multilate the poor frog. That was my first mental image when the physiotherepist got started.
It was a useful session in terms of finding out what's wrong; and I'm looking forward to what she can tell me on Monday. But yeah.
