Potato-Leek Soup with duck fat is a good thing. And it's easy, too. Tonight's dinner was the aforementioned, with corn-bread, and salad with Feta Garlic dressing from the Moosewood Cookbook. We should've made more salad, so we could have had more dressing.

And a bit of wine, now that my stomach has settled from a somewhat stressful day at work. (A recap of the last 45 minutes: Me: Waddya mean you won't reboot, I was supposed to meet dan ten minutes ago! Server: heh heh heh. Me: Argh!)
