Yes, I have been using the overheads. The full-spectrums in my old office helped, for whatever reason. But I haven't set up desk lights. I should do that.
The window (I know, I should stop complaining now, but I won't) tends to make things worse when it's bright out, actually- the room configuration means it's going to be bright near my desk. But the options aren't good for moving my computer desk.
