Ultimately, once I found a part of the airport that wasn't close to a smoking room, it was tolerable, but still. Somehow Frankfurt doesn't smell nearly as awful, and they have smoking indoors too. I suppose it was the combination of awful-factors, including all the people talking about gambling. *sigh* glad to be home.
