daToday I got to play with a Apple Xserve RAID rack. The thing looks really pretty, with blinky multicoloured lights and shiny stainless steel.
Too bad it doens't do anything. It isn't recognized by the linux server it's connected to. Yet.
Monday.
The other day I looked at my left boot, and it seems the back corner of it has been completely sheared away, as if I walked on my heels. Now, I know people who walk like that, and I've never been one of them, so I'm slightly worried that something might be wrong with my ankle or something, to cause such a dramatic change. My regular sneakers (which I wore until the winter) don't have this wear pattern at all. On the other hand, it's such an odd looking wear pattern, it could have been caused by something else. I'm mystified about what, though.
