Things I learned this evening:

Ethel Merman looks a bit like a Muppet herself, when she's emoting and singing with one of those huge feather hats.

No-name Brand chickpeas contrast nicely with the Rosetta Chickpeas from a few days ago. But funny, how both are probably after the same low-price immigrant market.

Skunks, apparently, have a very good sense of smell- and they don't like the smell of skunk, either.

The Muppets Pilot Episode makes it remarkable to me that the show ever got bought. There were some really flat jokes there.

Today was pretty good. Started off with a bike to work, because how could I not in this warm weather? Next up, I closed my office door right in my boss's face, not realizing he was just about to arrive. Split-second timing, I suppose. Would've worked great on the Muppets. Anyway, he was amused.

The Muppetfest was great; with Eric, Paul, bats22 and Elbie. Rover had a blast- five people to toss her toy for her.

And now I am soggy, so to bed for me. Night, all.
