OK, this will be an attempt to journal my thoughts about
this year's YAPC. Non technical notes will go in my livejournal.
Who knows whether I'll have time to keep up both; nor which one will
get priority on a particular day.

Yep. There are lots of people missing this time 'round; and not only gnat, Damian, schwern, pudge, and such luminaries. I'm missing seeing you, and Jay Lawrence and Marc from Ottawa, and a bunch of Boston PMers, and others. And as well, people who I haven't met in person but wish could be here.

Perhaps next year, peoples' schedules will make it possible; and the location will be... further south? But please not Florida; Ontario is warm enough right now (approx. 85F/30C during the day)...
