I expect anyone who has had allergies will have some sympathy with my situation right now.

I'm trying to determine if I'm allergic to my (otherwise acceptable) new office, choice 1 of 2. Yesterday, it made me sneeze violently.

But a previous occupant (from some time back) had left a blanket and a pillow behind, and they seemed to be what irritated my nose the most. So I just bagged up the detritus and tossed it in the trash.

It would be considerably more convenient for me, and for those making space-arrangements, if I'm not allergic. If I am, I'm going to have to move again in a month, and space is tight enough that it's possible I'd have to share an office.

So I'm sitting here, wondering if I need to sneeze.

[Edit: sneeze-free, an hour later. Since my allergies always hit in <1 hr, I think my cleanup worked, the room is OK, and I'm moving tomorrow. Whee!]

I know exactly what you mean. I get bad allergies in the spring and at the emd of winter when all the dirty snow is melting and the dust is lying. Sounds like you found what was causing it. Was it the same today or better?

Hazzah, but the problems were transient and the office is good. At least, good enough.
