Three weekends ago, I bought 2L of unpasteurized cider at the Downtown Farmer's Market. And it was good. But I only drank half before I went to visit dan. When I got back... it had become applejack. And it was very good. $4 well-spent.

Something to look for in the Market, I suppose.
