daHappiness is: trying to figure out what sort of soup to make, and discovering I do have Matzo Meal in the cupbord.
Yay for Matzo Ball chicken soup,veggies, and a glass of red wine.
Happiness is also discovering how well Skype can deal with the distance from here to Barcelona, once I got rid of the stupid echo by plugging in headphones. Go skype. It was great to talk to my sweetie before he leaves for Russia in the morning.
And yea, I am jealous of that itinery, why do you ask? ;)
