So far today, I've:

mowed; epoxied a kitchen-tool I promised dan I'd fix ages ago; assessed and tossed a freecycled phone which has gotten buzzy; fixed a phone in my parts-closet to replace the other one; discovered dan's caller-id box batteries were dead, bought new ones, bought dan flowers; and bought and installed new innards for dan's desk clock (which used to tick so loud that I needed two doors closed between me and it, to sleep).

In other news, I've become better at predicting rain by virtue of headaches. This is not a skill I would like to enhance; I would've preferred being able to sleep last night..

Now to eat a quick lunch and go pick up dan!
